  1. The system is highly portable and lightest in weight having highest torque to weight ratio in its class which is the basic criteria for selection of a hydraulic torque wrench.
  2. Mekaster 'HTW' improves the workers safety in all aspects. Unlike other systems 'HTW' is FULLY ENCLOSED protecting operator from all moving components. The tooling is free of pinch points.
  3. 'HTW' provides a torque accuracy of plus or minus 3% which is traceable to NPL thus meeting ISO 9000 requirements.
  4. 'HTW' is very compact in design consisting of two basic components i.e. basic tool and either square drive wrench or ratcheting hex wrench. Square Drive Wrench can operate with standard sockets.

    For areas with restricted vertical clearance it can also be used by simply replacing the square drive wrench with Hex Wrench of appropriate size. With Hex Wrench 'HTW' provides the smallest radial clearance possible in comparison to any other tool of its kind.
  5. It is also possible to change 'HTW' Hex Wrench A/F size to any lower size by changing the hex insert only (provided there is sufficient radial / vertical clearance).
  6. The operation flexibility is further enhanced as 'HTW' tooling is supplied with 45- mm long tail hose assemblies permitting full flexibility of connection in 30 degree sphere.
  7. 'HTW' operating speed is far superior to other comparable tools. Its unique longer strike design provides more than 35 degree rotation per stroke. This coupled with automatic return hydraulic pump provides the fastest run down time in comparison to any other make.
