The technology essentially involves consolidation, paving and finishing of concrete within the side shuttering or fixed frame work. The finishing member consists of rotating auger, rotating vibratory cylinder and finishing flat pan. The finishing member travels transverse across the slab while the machine moves longitudally.

ME-15 B/ME-15 SL is available in widths ranging from 12 ft. to 76ft for paving slobe/bed in single pass. Larger lengths upto 144 ft to suit project requirements can be supplied with additional truss arrangement. Average production capacity of the machine is 120 - 150 sq. mt. per hour, depending on depth to be paved. Recommended for canals, bridge deck, tennis court, parking lots, etc.

ME-20 B

ME-20 B is capable of paving areas with varying width and thickness. C-650 is aviable in widths ranging from 24ft to 60ft for paving in single pass and depth of 30/40 cm. Average production capacity for paving 15/20 cm thick slab is around 100 - 120 sq mt. per hour. Ideal machine for Air strip (runway), Aprons, Concrete Roads and Taxi stand paving.
